hey did not close my salad good and some of it spilled out before I got back to the office. on a previous visit ordered the new boneless chicken and it was completely dry in the middle. The bread was separated from the chicken when I bit into it. AWFUL!

Drive thru lady seemed rude at the microphone, it always takes 10-20 minutes in drive thru and the ran out of ketchup . I was not happy
