So freakin slow it was ridiculous and by the time I got my food the fries were cold and soggy

I specifically ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with sauce on side. Order repeated back to me. After waiting over 10 minutes in drive thru, I was asked to pull forward. Another 7-8 minutes passed and I was brought a fried sandwich loaded with Zax sauce. I went back to drive thru. Another 15 minutes went by (after pulling forward again!). I finally went BACK thru drive thru where I finally got sandwich.
