The Zaxbys in my area is not the best. The service is so slow, and customer service is not by any means the best. I usually visit for the selection of food

It was hard to understand the drive-thru assistant. The orders were correct, but they were read back incorrectly. The mushrooms were undercooked, but the rest of the food was ok.

drive thru took forever. we waited for 30 min with only 2 cars in front of us.

Waited 34mins and had to remind them twice that I was still sitting there waiting on my Togo order. All I ordered was a nibblerz meal. Max takes 5mins to make
