Zaxby's

I would have rated them higher but Zaxby's can't seam to get my order right

I placed my order and received in about 5 minutes.

Good food.

Zaxby's has delicious food but their prices are a bit high.

It's good but they charge you for dipping sauces which is ridiculous!!! I can see if you wanted four or five but not one!!!

service was poor and slow. the price was way too much considering the food we got. they wanted to charge me for a BBQ sauce when I didn't even want the zax sauce that the meal came with. I wasn't going to charge 25 cents on my card and I didn't have a quarter so I just sat back down and the lady didn't even try to do anything to make it better. 4 people behind the counter saw me and ignored me when I went to the counter. finally one girl acknowledged me but only because I was staring at her and she accidentally made eye contact. then I couldn't refill my drink because they decided to work on the machine at dinner time (6 pm)... this isn't the first time everything sucked and this was a different store. will never go back

Had to wait a long time and 3 of the 5 orders were prepared incorrectly.
