Drive through is a hard job to work continually smiling and being polite, when people are not, but there is much room for improvement on friendliness of staff.

Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I know today was a crazy day and you worked to make it good experience for every customer. I would work on stress management for the management team especially. It was obvious that there was some disgruntled was going on and that causes customers to be frustrated very easily escalating the issue.
