I have not had such rude customer service at a drive through in a very long time! I will be making a phone call to customer service, and let me just say, when I am paying the ridiculously high prices then the customer service had better be good! The woman was rude, disrespectful, and annoyed with me as I made my entire order, I almost just left without finishing the order.

We drove 12 miles to go to zaxbys and we were greeted in the parking lot by a woman screaming at is out of her truck that they were closed for a party. It was so low class and tacky that myself and everyone also pulling into the parking lot were really offended. No more zaxbys for us
