My first time to eat at a Zaxbys. Very good.

The people working were very nice eventhought we came in 5 minutes to closing

Definitely not my best experience. Chicken was cold on one plate and dripping with grease on the other. There was also no ice and after being notified that it was out, it was never refilled the whole time I was there. Also, tables were disgusting! Highly disappointed and I'm not expecting to go back for a while because of this bad visit.

The place was freezing cold. People were eating with their coats on. I opted to eat outside because it was warmer than inside the restaurant.

Super long line that took forever! No apology for the wait, either!
