We have been to this hotel many times. Staff are always nice and rooms are clean. The only problem this time was the hot tub was cold and when I reported it they said "we know"

I have been using this hotel for seven years. I've seen it go from brand new to starting to get run down stage. From six years ago till about three years ago always very pleasant staff. Last year and this year have shown me things are not going to change at this hotel and it is time to find another. The attitudes of the staff alone made this 3 night experience rough from the beginning. There are a lot of hotels in Galveston Texas these days so I don't see my family and I staying here again.
