The staff was very friendly, they gave me what I needed when I asked and they were very nice about it

This is a beautiful hotel. It seemed to have taken some water damage in the breakfast area that is being fixed, but overall a beautiful hotel. The staff wasn't too hot though. We had a late night check in and the two counter ladies were yelling at some disruptive kids. Though I don't disagree that they were disruptive, the counter workers did. It handle it professionally. Nor did they do a very good job checking us in with any sort of customer service or pleasantry
