I brought great bed and duvet.

Karl gave advice as required and his customer handling skills was very good.

Jo Green was extremely attentive and understanding of our needs. She was highly professional throughout the process and had impressive knowledge of sleep patterns and their effects. She was very personable and highlighted the opportunity of military discount. Due to all of the above, we looked forward to returning to the store to complete our purchase after confirming our bed size.

The assistant was extremely helpful and took her time to find the right mattress for us. We tested a load out then tried the electronic mattress matcher which confirmed our choices.

This is the fourth order we have placed with Dreams in the past twelve months, the second one at this store. The sales assistant Karl, remembered me and was excellent in his manner. He did not try and push something onto me but made sure I was fully satisfied with the choice I made, he even went through several other options to be clear I had chosen correctly. Very attentive and helpful.

We were unsure which mattress we needed and were enthusiastically greeted by Leanne in your Burton on Trent store who suggested that we try the new high tech machine that would match us with our perfect mattress based on our weight,pain and pressure points. The machine was comfortable and quick. We were amazed by the results. It took the worry out of making the correct choice. We tried the top theee mattresses in the list and we found our perfect comfort in a therapur acti gel plus. We left the store feeling satisfied that we will enjoy many years of perfect sleep. Amazing experience and we will be spreading the word about the wonderful machine that helped us find our perfect mattress,
