Leanne was very helpful we had a drink and a cupcake l was very please with Leanne she was really help me a lot what l wanted a good mattress for my partner as suffer back pain she was kind person

Pleased that someone noticed the mattress we were interested in was on a sprung base. They got us to try it on a hard base so we could see if there was any difference. Led to us buying the full divan set, not just the mattress.

The staff were friendly. They were helpful but not pushy - they let us look around at our own pace on our own and were available when we'd made our decision. They were hospitable - offering us a coffee while we looked and made our order. The shop was clean and tidy and all the staff were welcoming.

We went into store and purchased our superking mattress from Tom. Whilst there we wanted to also order a bed box to go with it but it was on hold. We also wanted a highly rated kingsize mattress for another bed but had a set price range. Tom took our details and told us when the bed box was back on to buy and also when the mattress went on sale. I visited the store and he also price matched my barclays cashback. Tom really understands his customers and didn’t go in for the hard sale. We need another two beds and mattresses and we would definitely visit Tom when we have the money.

Kevin was really helpful and not pushy at all he was really happy just to give us a quote and for us to return at a later day, which is one of the reasons why we purchased on the spot, no pressure.

Very professional staff

I visited the Burton store about a month ago and was interested in a copper and walnut bed and bedside cabinets. Leanne printed me off the info as they didn't have a brochure about it. I went back in last Fri to order it. Leanne was serving someone so a young guy helped me, I think he was called Rob. He was really efficient. Unfortunately there was only a king size available not the double I wanted. He asked me to wait until Leanne had finished with her customer. She offered me the ex display items and managed to find another cabinet at a nearby store. I was over the moon with the excellent service but even more so as I got the 3 items at a reduced rate because of them all having been on display in the showrooms. It was customer service at its best, thank you.
