We new what we wanted when we arrived. However Josephine approached us, said she was a trainee but would try to help. she showed us where to look at the sample displays of various mattresses and said she would leave us to browse - very impressed at no hard sell. When we decided on the one we wanted, she brought a collegue in to assist her with the order. Tom was very friendly, and talked her through the process whilst letting her do it - again impressed with the teamwork. We opted for the 8 year extra insurance and were surprised at the end when we got a free mattress cover for taking this cover - very impressed this was not used as a bribe. We asked for a delayed delivery due to holidays so no problems with that. we also knew about the cost of taking old mattress away. Over all, a very pleasant experience. Honest, helpful staff working together as a team.

Excellent service given, Leanne offered me a drink while I looked around, really helpful in helping me to understand how the different spring technology works. Very welcoming and friendly environment, would recommend

We were greeted by Karl as we entered the store and asked if we needed assistance, we said we just wanted to look on our own first, no pressure from Karl, he came with a cup of coffee and we asked for help then and were given it.

Very quick and efficient service

We were greeted by Leanne on arrival. When I looked online it stated the bed I wanted wasn’t in the showroom. But when I got there it was in store. Leanne answered every question and knew the answer to everything we asked and was very efficient

Although the store was extremely busy when we first went, the staff greeted us and smiled. It did not take long for a member of staff was able to assist us.
