The store staff were very friendly, very helpful, not pushing at all for a sale. Found exactly what I was looking for and even tried the sleep mattress analyser.

I was greeted by a lovely member member of staff on the 4th August and he helped me to find what i needed. Very impressed with the service i was given in the Burton store.

The choice of products was very good & I was especially pleased with the range of product prices. I was really stuck for choice as there was 3 or 4 I liked. I was so impressed I got my sister to come to the store too! The staff had excellent product knowledge & were super helpful without being pushy.

The young man that served me was a new employee, and he really took his time to listen to what I wanted, and show me all available options. Very friendly and approachable, without being pushy.

The lady who served me, Leanne, was attentive without being overbearing. She pointed out my choices to me from the sleep right analysis and allowed me time to peruse those choices. She was also courteous and well versed on the COVID regulations and the health and safety aspect of that.

The lady ‘Leanne’ who served us on Saturday was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us clearly and made sure she followed all Covid safety measures to ensure the safety of everyone. Leanne also offered us water, coffee and tea during our visit and was kind and professional throughout. We were ordering five beds and Leanne remained interested in helping us throughout and was very patient and understanding of our needs.
