We first visited the store to look at sofa beds. The assistant was very knowledgeable showing the range on show and demonstrating how they operated and the availability of fabrics. We also enjoyed a welcome hot drink. Next day I went in to purchase a sofa bed. The transaction was very thorough. Both staff that dealt with us were so polite, nothing to much trouble.

Leanne served me and was very efficient, friendly and so easy to talk to.

Had all four assistants answer our questions. Two assistants were very helpful with the products and able to explain why the delivery date date and what kind of product it is and how easy it is to set up the bed and how the mattress works. Brilliant

I had previously visited the Burton on Trent store earlier in the week with my grandson, for whom the bed was being purchased, and we were assisted by Tom who we both found very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products we asked about. I went back later in the week, once I knew the date the bed was needed for, and again saw Tom who took my order. Again, he was extremely helpful and professional - a credit to himself and your company.

Dealt with the Store Manager, she was very friendly, but not over the top, she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions, on one question she gave me a physical demo so as I understood the information she was conveying. Excellent Customer Service.

Leanne was very friendly, approachable and went out of her way to help us choose a mattress. Very impressed with the service she provided.
