Dreams

We were served by Tom who listened to our requirements and we were shown several mattresses and advised of their composition. We were given time to try various mattresses before we reached a decision. Tom was very helpful.

Chloe approached us as soon as we entered the store. She answered all our questions and explained information about the best products for our particular needs. Unfortunately the computer system wasnt working properly so as yet we have no delivery date, which is frustrating.

The bed I picked was of a wonderful quality. The staff were friendly and nice. Always happy to answer questions and tell me about offers. Overall a very happy man!

The Sales assistant was very friendly and attentive

The member of staff(youngish lad) was incredibly helpful but not pushy, but on hand to answer any questions and listened to our needs.

I informed Leanne what type of matteress I required and she showed me the options as to what was on offer she was a pleasure to do business with and she is accredit to your company

Thomas and also the lady that took our order were very professional and knowledgable. We did not feel rushed as we had done in another bed shop where we felt we were marched from bed to bed to try them out. This is the first time we have used Dreams and wish we had come to you two and a half years ago where we were sold an expensive bed that didn't meet our needs.

A very helpful young man with a great deal of knowledge about the products. He offered us drinks too
