Thomas, the representative who dealt with my purchase, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was in no way pushy and made the experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Visited the store twice the same day, the first visit to browse products, second time to place order. On both visits Steve the store manager was very courteous, friendly and answered all our questions to our satisfaction, he was not overpowering and pushy in any way allowing us to decide on our selection in our own time.

Walked in to the shop(Burton upon trent) and was greeted by Steve . He made me a brew . And offered the kids some sweets.he explained everything we ne needed to know.hense the reason I purchased the bed from dreams .

The salesman was very friendly without being too pushy, he explained all the different types of mattresses and left us to make our own decision.
