We had no idea what we wanted from our matress, only what we didn't want. Using this and the instore bed computer test the store colleague was able to recommend a few different mattresses, of varying price points, and gave us plenty of time and freedom to explore these. Once chosen the service we received to place the order was quick and efficient. At no point were we put under any pressure at all to order, which made me want to order all the more. Overall a great experience.

We weren't with a welcoming smile and hello from both Tom and Charlotte during our visit to the burton store. We were offered a drink and to browse.

Karl was very helpful and after being assessed on the sleep machine, he showed us around our options. He then gave us chance to wander at our leisure with no pressure to buy. Karl was very friendly, professional and polite and is a credit to Dreams. I would definitely buy from Dreams again and have already recommended you to my friends.
