Excellent service understood our needs, offered us and the kids drinks, Karl was very good

We needed a new mattress so went along to our local store and were greeted with a friendly member of staff who then assisted us in our purchase,as we didn't really know what we would be looking for and the range that was available we explained the sort of thing we wanted and this narrowed the search into a easy well explained stress free visit and two happy customers.

Helpful friendly sales assistant ( store manager). Willing to deliver on a Saturday which is very important to me.

We came in at 9.00am Bank Holiday Monday. By 9.20 we were out having purchased a great new bed. Our old mattress was 24 years old and causing me back problems. We were delighted to be given clear, concise information and highly satisfied with the product itself.

Was just overall a very pleasant and friendly experience, even offered cup of tea while looking.

Your staff were polite at all times , not pushy or too intrusive, just right to answer your questions. This was an extremely effective way to communicate to me they were there to help, when asked. Well done

A good experience throughout. The staff were cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. Got exactly what I wanted and they loaded the mattress in to the car as I can't manage it.

The member of staff was very friendly and approachable but did not crowd us too much allowing us the time we needed to make our decision whilst being on hand as required

Leanne was very helpful on our first visit without being pushy, and when we returned she and Chloe were efficient, friendly and helpful throughout the process, explaining the various options, sorting out the delivery date, and were lovely with the children. We can't comment on the quality of the bed until after it has been delivered, but first impressions of the product and company, based on the sales experience are looking good.

It was well set out and we were spoilt for choice.
