The shop had just waht we wanted

David . greeted us on arrival and supplied a cuppa, he explained the colour coding on each bed,this made our choice easier.I will recommend dreams to my sister who is looking for a bed soon.

We received wonderful service fron Leanne at Burton on trent store and was made most welcome.

The sales advisor responded well to our questions, understood ours needs, was friendly but not pushy. He gave us space and time to view products on our own

Lots of mattresses to choose from. Tom, the assistant was extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful without being pushy. He gave us all the information we needed and after shopping around we returned to the store to buy. There was plenty of choice and the staff gave us great service.

We were highly satisfied because everything went perfectly great. Also the staff (Tom) were lovely and very helpful. Tom knew what he was talking about, and with his knowledge he helped us find our perfect bed!

The store manager left me to browse for a short while, which meant I felt comfy in the shop. I wasn't pounced on the minute I walked through the door, but as soon as I needed to ask a question for help, he was very knowledgeable, friendly & courteous, as well as offering me a drink!

We originally only intended to replace our mattress but looking around the range of bed frames we chose an ottoman as the modern design was superior to our existing bed frame and will provide easy storage. Also it will be much easier to change the bedding than on our existing bed frame.

Tom our sales person was a very young man, he was very polite and knowledgeable about all the products. We had our little girl with us and the store manager was very friendly and helpful too.
