We were greeted but not "jumped upon" when we entered the store but an assistant approached us when she saw we were "dithering" and offered her help. She confidently answered our questions showing she knew about the products, quickly ascertained what we were looking for and consequently pointed out which product would be to our satisfaction. We were also offered a drink whilst we were making up our minds during which time we were not harassed

Everything in store is accessible and you can try as many of the beds till you are completely satisfied. No hassle at all for the assistants if you needed them they were there.

Having shopped around we had already chose a new bed from a local competitor at a very reasonable price. Whilst shopping at morrisons thought we would pop in just to satisfy ourselves we had shopped around enough. Leanne was extremely helpful and informative with our very specific needs and we ended up spending £1500.00 more than we had budgeted for. I feel sure we will be more than satisfied with the choice we have made and gavel looked on this expense as an investment on a good nights sleep and improvement on our backs health.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were treated with respect and professionalism by Tom, our salesman. He listened to everything we said about our requirements, made my husband coffee and offered to get me whatever drink I wanted instead. Tom explained the difference between the different mattresses and spent time walking us through the shop pointing them all out. He then left us to wander around until we had made our minds up - which took a while, and then completed the booking process with confidence. We had previously visited another 'bed shop' in town and the experience couldn't have been any more different. I'd be surprised if they ever sold anything! Tom was excellent.
