I wasn't pressured at all by the gentleman, i explained i would have to bring my husband in before buying the bed. He was very informative and really helped me as i was unsure about the type of mattress i was looking for. I did buy some linen though.

Becky who looked after us was excellent, she explained the difference between pocket sprung and ordinary springs, left us alone when we want to talk or make our minds up, she then took us through the purchase with ease, explaining as we went along .

The assistant, Zeeshan, was knowledgable and extremely helpful without putting any pressure on us to make a sale. This gave me the time to decide on the product I wanted. He was a credit to your store.

We were served and greatly assisted by your sales assistance Leanne her product knowledge was second to known and made our purchase very easy.

Having tried to purchase a bed elsewhere my visit to Dreams was a delight.

Service was very good. Leanne was very knowledgable and explained the different mattresses. Very friendly and gave us space to decide.

Having already chosen the bed we wanted I came to the store to make the purchase. As I was running late for another appointment, time was of the essence. Leanne who served me, did everything possible to ensure the purchase happened as quickly as possible and to my satisfaction

Dreams was the first bedroom furniture shop I visited as it was recommended by a colleague. I then spent a long time looking around other places and on the Internet but ended up returning to Dreams and buying everything I needed from there. I should have treated it as a one-stop shop and I would have saved a lot of time. The sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and don't loiter around when having private discussions or standing thinking or browsing. I am very pleased with my purchase having revamped the bedroom and look forward to everything arriving.

When going into the store an assistant asked straight away if we wanted any help and the wife and I said thank you. The gentleman showed us what we were after looking at and all about them The price was right and we purchased the mattress. the assistant Chris Wilkins was excellent and very polite sharing the odd bit of banter which these days is great to getWe have been in since to talk about a mattress for the wife's uncle.
