Leanne who helped us was very knowledgeable about the stores products. She assessed my sleep needs and told me what mattress I needed. She was very patient and let me test out different mattresses and I could only test out one bed due to health needs and she got her colleagues to change over each mattress for me. I very much appreciated this. Her helpfulness attention to detail is what led me to my purchase.
