As soon as we we entered the sore we were greeted by a member of staff. He guided us around the types of bed we were after. Purchasing was very efficient and friendly. I would definitely shop here again in 8 years time for my next bed.

We went to burton on Trent store and was served by Chris very friendly and outstanding costomer service if he had not told us he had been only with you 3 weeks we would not have known an asset to be our burton team

Difficulty locatig Dreams as google refernce wrong but once we arrived everything was very good.

We visited the button store today looking for a mattress and ended up buying a bed and a mattress. We were helped by Chris who we were informed nearer the end of our visit that he had only been with the company for 3 weeks! We would never of guessed! In our opinion Chris is a real asset to your company. He was friendly, offered us advice but gave us enough time alone to discuss things and did not in any way pressure us to commit to anything. Really really happy with the service we received. Well done Chris and dreams.
