Had 3 mattresses before and all good

We were welcomed into the store and offered a warm drink whilst we shopped. Our 11 month old son was asleep and we were able to lie him on a bed where he slept during our visit. The staff put the scatter cushions either side of him for safety and I thought it was very kind. We were advised about all the products we looked at and helped as much as we needed.

I am highly satisfied apart from the delivery time is quite long (2 weeks) this is only a minor point though, otherwise I am very happy.

The store could do with some updating and maybe a better lay out is required as it was al open and a bit unclear of different bed etc

The staff James & Harvey were top class, their knowledge was spot and they were very friendly. The only reason I’d say that I wasn’t highly satisfied was because we purchased a bed we’d found online but when we came to purchasing a mattress we were recommended one of the most expensive mattress’ (we’re first time buyers) and the mattress’ the first colleague showed us we’re all over £2000. When it came to paying there were no POS’ available so we had to wait, the staff did apologise and we were offered tea and coffee quite a few times which was a great touch. I still feel this is the reason why people shop online nowadays because it can be frustrating sat waiting to pay.

Found the products the sleep matcher suggested to us was quite pricey and out of our price range. Maybe edit it so you can put a price range in on it so it gives customers more accuracy
