Shop assistants were very knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy with selling the products. Accommodated our delivery needs and explained that the pillows were out of stock, but they would be delivered via Royal Mail within 10 to 14 days. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend friends and family.

The store was clean and staff were friendly and polite. I was able to find the right mattress and the right price. The staff kept social distance and cleaned hands all the time.

Leanne was very helpful. She was evidently knowledgable, she did not pressure or hurry us up in anyway and was just happy to be helping us find a suitable mattress.

Tom greeted us as we walked into the store and was welcoming without being pushy. We used the bed match technology and after was very helpful and knowledgeable whilst we tested the mattresses. He even went above and beyond by ironing an ex display headboard to see if the creases would come out so that we could have it. Ordering was very easy and relaxed with no salesman gimmicks. He offered us water during and was overall a good experience considering we didn’t walk in store planning to purchase anything.

Karl was so lovely, he listened to our needs made recommendations based on this and took his time to explain the difference between all products. His knowledge was first class and he is a real credit to your business. He wasn’t pushy and made sure we had the time to think things over before we made our decision. Would recommend Karl and Dreams to family and friends.

Staff available on entry. Product range was good. Staff took time to understand needs and not pushy. Sale that was advertised was a true sale across the store not just some items as in another retailer

The salesman (tom) was knowledgeable and helpful. We actually paid the same as the online price which was good value.
