The store is spread all around so took a while to find exactly what we were looking for

Having to wait ages for the bed to be delivered because it was out of stock and delivery was booked up

The experience was pleasant and satisfactory. We got what we went for but it wasn't an above average experience, it simply met my expectations.

The product was damaged and too dificult to return

keep forgetting to give me my mattress protecter in which I still haven't received!, my own fault with the issue as I couldn't remember if my bed was super King or king size, but it got resolved.

The coffee was not good. Cold and way to milky. Apart from that there is always room for improvements.

Nothing specific... placing order could be made faster though!

There was a specific mattress I was hoping to try but it wasn't in store.

I was very satisfied with my visit.

You can not give an "Highly Satisfied" until the sales contract completes on delivery of goods.
