Change over from sales to non sales meant they had swapped mattresses but not price tags, so it made it a little confusing, but once we asked for help it WS fine.

We shopped at the Burton store. We didn't have a clue where to start, a female came to us and she did explain a little but not enough to make a purchase. I think we were going to leave but then a male came to us (Dave) he explained everything to us in plain English, suggested the best beds for our needs. We wanted two beds. He made it very easy to chose which bed we both needed. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. If it had been left to the first assistant we would have possibly left. She was a nice person, she wasn't rude but just wasn't able to guide us in the right direction, fortunately Dave did that with ease.

I requested while at store for a change of delivery day but this wasnt possible due to the 15min system update... I did not mind this but was told that this would be done right away and that we would receive a phone call to confirm. No Phone Call, rang next day to be told a manager would call back, No Phone Call

The cost of mattresses were higher than other shops we had visited but wanted to purchase both bed and mattress from the same store .

Staff could use a little more product knowledge. We were offered the Bed Cover for 8 years at £65 however the staff member then advised he had read to price sheet wrong and it was actually £85 and he could offer it us at £65 as he had already used his "discount allowance" on the matress itself. We wanted the cover so we paid the £85.

The member of staff was very friendly but newish so didn't know how to put order though and we had to have a supervisor who was trying to do two sales at once. Also wasn't told about the deposit needed for interest free credit until it come up on screen. We couldn't do the 20% so it was a bit embarrassing

Had already searched online for a bed for my son, the range wasn't as extensive in store but i realise this is due to space

The dreams I busted was absolutely brilliant can’t fault the team, I do however suggest you need to have a clean understanding of when item are actually in Stock and not ring the day before delivery to say it’s going to be another 4 wks, after I purchased the beside table Tuesday I was told I could have it on the Friday, I think it’s terrible when as a costumer paying good money for good product should receive there or when stated

Address mistyped and not checked prior to processing. Solution seemed very drawn out and didn't inspire much confidence.
