Went to burton on trent store Lady that served us sounded like she knew what she was on about but when it came to do our 1400 pound order she took the delivery date wrong never gave us a receipt she also took our email address wrong which then stated oh well you won't get spammed with junk (Being in sales my self I would of thought this would have been a key thing today for promotional purposes) Lucky the manager dave was on hand to save the sale and sorted all the problems out.You must give great product training just not enough time spent on systems etc.

The product it self was great. The problem was that payment for the item was taken from my bank account twice, causing a number a further problems for myself.

It's unsatisfactory and very immoral to advertise free delivery and then charge for bed setup We were also very dissapointed to learn that you also charge a recycling fee which again, does not stand you as a values based business All of this end of the customer experience was dissapointing and we will not be repeat custom nor family or friends who have also been advised of the same practice

I was told there would be a 20% discount offer after Christmas. I checked online on 28th that the offer was on and went in on 29th to order. I was told the offer finished the day before! Also I didn’t need all the cupboards but it came as a package so no option. Also it’s a 12 week delivery !!! Also the mattress I ordered is being delivered on 7th between 9 and 5 and I have school run to do and now face the prospect of missing the delivery! I only wanted a fun bed for my little boy that he fell in love with and it’s turning out a stressful experience!

Absolute joke of a place! Delivery dates were 4 weeks away from date of payment and on the day it's supposed to arrive I got told we don't have your bed sorry! After all the phone calls they bring a bed with a DIRTY demo mattress and tell me I have to wait for a replacement new one.

The only reason I was less than satisfied was due to the bed coming from another supplier and, I have no idea when it will be delivered. I assumed I was buying a bed from a company that sells beds not a 3rd party supplier.

I took my mother who is 87 and needed a wheelchair to choose a new mattress. She couldn't get out of the wheelchair in the shop and chose a sotherby mattress for £1249. Dreams were supposed to text her when it was to be delivered but they phoned instead and she is deaf so couldn't hear and missed the delivery slot which we had to sort out. Then when the mattress arrived it was so deep she couldn't climb onto the bed as it was too high on her original divan base. No one at the store pointed out it was a very deep mattress and needed a low base - the one in store was very low but no one pointed this out or saw that an 87 year old would not be able to get on the bed if it was on a normal size base
