We went to the Burton store and we were assisted by Charlotte. Charlotte was unbelievably helpful and so kind to us. She made us feel very at ease and was open and honest with us. She helped us get the very best deal and we are so grateful as we are on a budget. Charlotte was positive, upbeat and just overall lovely. We originally only came in for a look but because of her excellent customer service decided to buy with dreams. More people need to be like Charlotte, we will definitely be back after her service.

Absolutely amazing experience. Tom was lovely and helped me from my first phone call to see if I was allowed to visit due to covid. I went into the store and he remembered me from the call, he set me up on the dream bed thingy to see which types of mattress was suitable, then took me round the suitable ones very understanding, patient and couldn't of wished for a better assistant!!

I was greeted on arrival at the store,allowed to look at products.Then I had a body assessment on a special bed, that gave Karl your colleague and I an indication of what type of mattress I required.we then discussed my approximate finances in what I was prepared to pay, I was shown numerous mattress, and I tried several and then choose the one I wanted. Karl was excellent, I was offered a bottle of cool water, a place to sit behind a screen, and complete the transaction.Karl disinfected his key board and mouse, prior to me using it. He was very professional throughout the transaction and explained everything in detail.I would recommend your Burton on Trent store to anyone.

Lots of beds to look at, to make the right choice. Polite and friendly staff.

Leanne was extremely helpful but not at all pushy. She was very friendly and polite, carefully observed social distancing and cleanliness. We were also impressed with her knowledge and was she very professional.

We visited the dreams store in burton upon Trent and Tom was our customer adviser and was brilliant. He was really helpful talking through all the different option without pushing us to a decision. He helped us in ever single way, we also had our baby with us and he was really patient with us. We would recommend this store and the team to all our friend and family

The main reason we were satisfied was how we were treated, we had no intention of spending more than £500 on a mattress however by the time we left we spent £2000. The main reason ... Charlotte , your team member did not try to sell us something we did not want or need , she listened to what we wanted showed us the mattresses starting with the ones we had looked at then after explaining what she thought we needed took us to the mattress we purchased. She knew exactly what we needed. She has an immense knowledge of your products and especially how to treat people. She was a credit to your company. I own and run my own company and was so impressed with her . As a company you should be proud of her. Please pass on our thanks to Charlotte for a great shopping experience. The assistant Charlotte was so kind and helpful. She made our visit welcoming, safe and comfortable. She offered us drinks and nothing was to much trouble. My elderly mum was treating my daughter and I for a mattress and Charlotte would give time to explain every detail to her. What a lovely assistant she was.

We were greeted straight away when we entered the store and there was hand sanitiser at the entrance. We asked if we could use the machine to assess which kind of mattress would be best but unfortunately it was out of order. However the man who served us went through each kind of mattress and asked us a few questions. He gave us pillows to test the mattresses and asked if we wanted to look ourselves or for him to help us further. We chose to look around ourselves but knew that we could ask for help if needed. We were offered a bottle of water while we were browsing too. Once we had decided on a mattress, we were served by another man who was equally friendly and knowledgeable. All in all, we received great customer service from the Dreams team in Burton on Trent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We actually chose to shop here after being recommended by friends.
