After speaking to Karl at the Burton branch who was very knowledgeable and catered for all my needs would recommend

The overall experience was very easy. We had just been to a competitor which was closer to home. The whole experience was vastly different. No greeting at the door. Had to find a member of staff. Couldn’t have a different mattress on a particular frame. Dreams was the opposite experience. Very friendly. A staff member noticed after our browse we were interested in a particular bed and came to us despite being on his break. From then it was an extremely easy experience to buy bed, mattress and pillows at excellent value - even had water when doing paperwork.
