We were assisted very well by assistant Tom when we went into the store at Burton to purchase a new mattress. Tom was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses that we looked at and explained the different merits and which mattress would suit our needs best. Tom invited us to take part in the mattress simulator which discovered which mattress was suited to us. There was no feeling of pressure selling from Tom but genuinely wanted to ensure that we were happy with our purchase.
