The salesperson Charlotte at the Burton on Trent store was amazing, nothing was too much trouble, she was very patient with myself and my husband, even offering us a bottle of water which was not expected so all credit to Charlotte

The member of staff was superb, excellent knowledge and very helpful throughout our visit. As we approached the store entrance we initially thought we would just look at guest beds and make a decision another day. But Tom was so good we went ahead and bought the bed, mattress and headboard
