Knowledgeable staff. Plenty of space to consider social distancing. Offered free water which was appreciated with wearing masks as they become uncomfortable to wear (heat wise). Beds etc were sanitised regularly.

The staff were lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the machine that assesses my body and what mattress I'd be good with, it's a clever piece of kit. ππ
