Easy to assess mattress needs using the new fangled machine. Explanation of results clear and we were left to try relevant mattresses as I had asked. Karl was polite and attentive when I required his assistance. Mattress will be delivered by the weekend (its only Monday!!) VERY happy customer

Staff took time with me explained things to me made sure their own and my safety was upheld with current covid situation I didn’t feel rushed felt I could take my time my questions were all answered overall a good experience
