Charlotte who assisted me in store was very friendly and knowledgeable. She took me straight to the bed which assessed which type of mattress I would need, showed me the mattresses and gave me space to take my time choosing.

Knowledgable and friendly staff at all turns. We had no clue what kind of mattress we needed or wanted, but left feeling we had a great product at a great price that will suit our needs. Thank you Tom.
