We had the lovely store manager Leanne take care of us. Nothing was too much,very helpful and friendly. We were offered bottled water whilst our order was being placed. I also had the extra help choosing a mattress with the 3 minute Dreams experience. Very impressive! Also we purchased a mattress that used recycled plastic from the ocean. This made my time even more enjoyable in store.

I am disabled and Tom the assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and helped me when I went on the sleep machine. He made sure everything was sanitised and paper put down over the pillow and my feet. When the machine had printed out my results he showed me to the mattresses which the machine had said would be suitable, rather than me having to walk round all the beds. He made the whole process easy.
