There we're no waiting time assistant was to hand after entering the store plus we was asked if we would care for refreshments. Very pleasant visit we purchased a new mattress and two amazing pillows. Kind regards Samantha Parker

Staff were all very helpful from the time we went in to placing our order

Tom had an excellent knowledge of mattresses.

Leanne was very helpful and friendly she explained everything in great detail and made it easy to purchase the right bed at the right price what we could afford

good selection of products to choose from, with helpful friendly staff that allowed you to take time walking round but were quickly on hand to advise when asked.

Karl was very helpful and knowlegable

The colleague was friendly and very helpful, she was not pushy. We went late on sunday so I came back on the monday to place order asked if she would be there she told me the time she would be in. She did not close the order as she was on her break when we arrived. But came over when she saw me to check that everything was ok.

The sales person knew her products and had good empathy with us. A good ambassador for your company.

The amount of support from Leanne was spot on. Not pushy or overbearing, left us to browse, discuss amongst ourselves etc but was there when we needed support or wanted to ask questions. Was attentive, knowledgeable and patient. Just what you want from a salesperson. The choice of beds and mattresses was extensive and nicely laid out so you didn't feel you were navigating a maze like we have experienced in other stores!
