We were left to look around the store foras long as we needed but staff made us that they were aware that they were around if we needed assisatnce. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleaseant experience

We were very pleased with the service we recieved at dreams in burton, Leanne was very helpful and had a great amount of knowledge about beds, the sleep match was great and helped us alot on choosing our bed/mattress. Highly recommend dreams in BURTON-ON-TRENT.

The salesperson was called Tom in the Burton on trent store. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He was not pushy at all. The shop was very presentable and clean. I was offered a cup of coffee whilst in the store which I thought was a good thought. When purchased a bed and mattress I was offered discount and free pillows. Thankyou for a great service

We went to the store to try a bed frame we'd seen online. Leanne was polite, friendly and very helpful. We ended up also buying a matress (we were going to purchase this elsewhere online) and pillow as well as the frame along with an extended warranty on the bed.

Karl (sales advisor) was absolutely amazing from start to finish, he was very patient with us a and was very helpful! He is the reason that we would come back to Dreams, brilliant customer service!

Tom who assisted us in the purchase had excellent knowledge of the products and was very friendly. He explained sleep machine and used it to help us find the perfect mattress. He was very patient as we took a long time to decide, and even went to find a headboard that he thought we woud like from the store room.

Leanne was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't try and push us into buying a particular bed or mattress. She took the time to explain the various categories of mattress, how the manufacturers ratings differed and which type of bed would suit our sleeping pattern / arrangements as determined from the in store assessment. She was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her - she is a credit to the business and store

Helpful staff, well presented store, using the new technology to help guide us towards relevant products was great. We've used Dreams before, and the service continues to impress, so we will be back again I'm sure.
