I visited the burton store on a few occasions, due to my indecision. On all occasions the staff made themselves readily available but at no point pressurised me. They all were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Pointing me in the right direction when needed. When I finally made my mind up the ordering process was very easy and all info was provided to me. the Only downside to the order is the earliest delivery date. But I understand it’s not the staffs fault, it’s due to stock availability

The member of Staff was extremely efficient and very patient and had considerable knowledge about the products. WE found her very friendly.

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESPERSON. SHOP WAS NOT BUSY BUT WELL LAID OUT. SHE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENT COLOURS ON THE BEDS AND WHAT EACH ONE MEANT AND PROVIDED US WITH A VERY WELCOME COFFEE WHILE WE MADE OUR CHOICE.

The store is lovely and Karl who served us was lovely and helped us with our matteress and matteress protector. Great customer services.

Karl gave of the perfect level of support. Space when we needed it but attention when we needed it too. They were very engaging with the children, allowing us to make a decision on the spot, which we normally never do. The price was right, delivery times faster than most. Excellent product knowledge meant I felt very satisfied that all bases had been covered when making our decision.
