My husband and I visited the Burton store whereupon we were greeted by a young man named Tom. He was very personable and knowledgable; we found the experience a very pleasant one unlike your competitors, no hard sell. We used the bed tester to find out which mattress was suitable, a new experience for us both. I would highly recommend your company and would have no hesitation in visiting your store again for further purchases. Well done Dreams looking forward to our delivery next week!

The assistant Thomas was very knowledgeable about the products. I’m amazed how much he knew about beds . Now I await the arrival of our new bed. Let’s hope it dose what it says .you spend half your life in bed so it’s important to get it right .

Jo Green was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Encouraging us to take our time in deciding between the two we had chosen. I was pleased to have Jo helping us to choose the right mattress. Jo is a credit to your company.

Customer service was excellent from all staff, especially Jo Green. Jo was knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything really well but wasn’t pushy. When we returned to the store to place our order, the young girl who assisted with Jo was excellent to, but unfortunately I didn’t get her name.
