The store assistant was really helpful and patient. They walked around the whole store with me and talked about what was good and the benefits of each type of mattress.

Jo green the sales rep was outstanding we brought because of her service.

Tommy theYoung man was very helpful offered us all a drink, showed us how to work the bed testing machine , helped us pick a mattress once he'd explained which was better suited to our needs which we tested and left us to wonder round looking for a base, once sorted it didn't take long to sort paperwork and delivery date, explained all the covers on offer, would recommend this store.

Good customer service & friendly

When we returned home we decided we had made a wrong choice with the colour of the bedframe. I called the shop back and they amended the order without any problem ,they also maintained the delivery date which was very important to us as we have guests arriving from Australia. Staff were so good very helpful and a credit to Dreams.

Leanne was a great help she wasn't a 'pushy sales person' (which I hate) she was just there to help and guide which is exactly what I wanted - pointed me in the right direction and achieved exactly what I wanted to buy. Was great to see the products in store, as its just not the same as looking on the internet. Was also pleased that the prices were the same instore as online.

The salesman, Tom was not pushy, gave us time on our own to talk about our options and his product knowledge was second to none. Highly recommended.

Karl the assistant quickly identified our needs and pointed out the various softer mattresses so that we had a choice.The deal was then competed with the minimum of delay including hire purchase terms and arrangements for quick delivery.

The help and knowledge leanne gave us was excellent and this is our first visit to dreams nothing was to much trouble and the sleep machine to find out the best beds for us was excellent resulting in us purchasing one of your top of the range beds thanking you for your excellent service
