my experience today was excellent, the store assistant was very polite, professional and very helpful. i was given the opportunity to use the sleep mach to establish the type of mattress suitable, i was offered a complimentary hot drink, and pleased to say it was the best coffee i have had in a long time. i was not rushed to make my choice, and was given plenty of time, Leanne, made me feel a very valued customer and was very patient. Leanne was very clear in explaining the product and the policy of the dreams sleep comfort, and the returns policy. Leanne answered all my questions to a very satisfactory standard, her customer service skills were absolutely excellent, i could not expect any better customer service. I believe that Dreams should be very proud to have an employee like Leanne, that has expertise in both customer service and product knowledge. I am please to say, that i need a bed and mattress for my son, and a mattress for myself, and can assure that i will be returning to the Burton store at some point again this year to purchase more products, and hope i will receive the same experience as today. Staff very friendly and understand of our needs

The service we received was brilliant the salesman was Karl who looked after us during our visit.

They understood what we wanted and gave understandable advice and left us alone to discuss detail

It was brilliant customer service from the time we went in the ship until we left couldn't fault in anyway

We were given plenty of time to view the products and all assistance was given when requested. We felt very comfortable shopping at Dreams in Burton on Trent

We were highly satisfied by the way we were helped and given information about the items we wanted to purchase. We did not feel hurried or any way pressured to purchase, which made our visit to this Dreams highly satisfactory.

Tom the assistant was extremely good - he is a credit to your organisation

We had been into the Burton branch a couple of weeks ago to "browse" as we weren't too sure what we were looking for. We were given wonderful help & assistance by Jo there was no pressure only wonderful advise, assistance, complete understanding on our needs and space which was perfect as we are not keen on "pushy" sales people, we were offered drinks and given the run of the shop to help us to try and find that certain one. As "we" couldn't make our minds up we left the store but were told to go back at anytime to try any of the beds. So after a couple of weeks and several other stores we went back to the Burton branch~ we were immediately greeted by the same staff, who had remembered us, in a positive way I think!! and once again offered drinks and free range of the shop ~ only this time "we" knew what we wanted ~the very first bed I liked! (but as my Husband at the time of the first visit was wearing his work clothes wouldn't lie on the bed but as soon as he lay on the bed today said he liked it as well!) We were so impressed with the wonderful service we have received on both visits, and won't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Tom, the store assistant was very helpful, approachable and came across as knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The store layout was clear and straightforward which made browsing easy.
