I budget over $300 a Month to eat out as a retiree. What keeps me coming back to Shari's is your employees. Starting with Melissa....She is a wonderful representative for the Shari's organization, and she is very attentive to me as a customer! I sold my business about six years ago. If I were still in business, I would trade all 30 employees for one Melissa, and that says a lot. Smart, witty, and full of humor, she is a delightfull young lady that I look forward to seeing every chance I get. It is unfortunate for me that she has two days off.....Today she informed me that she has earned her College degree. I am informing Shari's that this young lady is a very valuable asset to Shari's. I would learn more about her, and at any cost, do what ever it takes to retain her, or at the very least, offer her an opportunity at upward mobility within the company.
