Shari's

The seating process took a long time, because there weren't any employees in sight for a while and it seemed to be slightly understaffed. When the food came out the shrimp kabob came as shrimp scampi and it had to be remade. There were places the food was a bit overcooked, not bad, but mentionable. In general I'd say we were actually highly satisfied with the employees attitude and atmosphere of the restaurant. Both are worth mentioning. It was a pleasant experience.

It took a little longer than expected to get my food. But overall great service Adam was very nice and attentive.

The biggest issue I had was the turkey dinner. The turkey was very salty. As well the gravy was salty. However, the staff was excellent. They removed the turkey from our order since we couldn’t eat it. Rinse the brine off the turkey and it should be fine

The broccoli tasted like bleach.The ham was delicious.

I do not agree with the price of your coffee. My god its only coffee and most people like coffee in morning.

Everything was just ok

I ordered the shrimp poached eggs from the breakfast menu. It was lukewarm and undercooked.

As a rating system, I place Highly, as Excellence. Over all, everything about the service & experience was "Very Good".

for the type of establishment Shari's is, all was just fine. The staff was friendly, prompt and courteous. The food is tasty and prepared well. What I expected from Shari's was what I received and I think being 'satisfied' with the experience is most adequate. The choice of 'highly satisfied' I normally reserve for if the food, service, staff are not up to expectations and I mention it at the time and it is corrected immediately and with courtesy then I would be 'highly satisfied' with the results of my concern. I have not had any 'bad' experiences with the Shari's at Highland so I continue to return and am very satisfied with my contact.
