Everyone was great, my eggs were ordered over medium but we're almost hard when I got them but the waiter took them back and quickly got me new ones so everything was fine with that. My daughter ordered steak and eggs and she got t-bone but it ended up being tough but she never sent it back.

My sister ordered wings. After 20 minutes of waiting the excuse was- your wings went to another table that ordered wings. I will go check on yours. Then eaited about 10 more minutes and she got her wings and they were dry. I ordered pie and found a hair on it and it was dry and crumbled. I told server i wouldnt be eating it and they replaced it happily

The staff was fantastic! Service was great! I felt welcome and would absolutely come back to this restaurant.

you lacked Vegetarian items.You could have replaced that meat slab with a garden burger.

There is not one thing. The overall experience was made better by the server and her personal service.

Three soups available that day and none were the soup of the day or one of the seasonal soups; soup was not hot (and I don't eat food very hot).

the server not so good forget our drink, but the manager Mai I think that is her name is very good her customer skills is greats she come and talk to us we know her from the Burnside store and like her that is the reason why we come to this store to try it out again but he got all the burger wrong but after chit chat with her she offer to made us happy we was to full so she ask if we like to have so pie oh we the person after my family heart that was what made my husband and son so happy two piece of pie for us to made us happy we will be back and thank you shari's for having Mai there even a bad night turn out to be a good night out after all. WE WILL BE BACK

Eh. Food is a bit overpriced. Portion sixzes are a bit small. Coffee was OK. Service was excellent tho

My fries were overcooked and one tasted like chemical. The au jus did not seem fresh and was not hot. The server took a while to ask if my wife wanted her soup first after I had been eating mine already. Also, the restaurant smells really bad...like urine or something.
