you are stuck on Highly Satisfied, it is like how everything is "Perfect". I had a good experience at Sharis, Charlotte our server was so sweet and always attentive. Isn't a "Happy customer" enough?????

The temperature in the restaurant is always cold. I'm sure it was less than 70. There are vents between every booth. Not only did it blow continually on me but it also cools the food temperature quicker. Luckily I have learned to bring a jacket but it didn't help that much. We told the waitress about it and she reported that the temp is locked due to a hostess who is always cold and turns the heat way up. We enjoy the food and it is the closest to our home but maybe next time we will have to go to one of the other Shari's.

I came in and had a hamburger. It was good but not great. Service was good but nothing special. I am not sure what they could have done to make serving a hamburger for me to choose highly satisfied.

We waited quit a while to be seated. Food and service was good but not what I would consider outstanding. Compared to the menu, it appeared we received about a half order of hash browns.

the food was OK--the French dip roll was soggy and the au jus was tasteless.

For atmosphere this IS my favorite Shari's. This atmosphere is far more welcoming than the newest remodeled Shari's Restaurant in Gresham OR. But this particular Shari's tends to run out of things by Friday night, my favorite time to visit. =( Your personnel are superb though. Honorable mention to Candice. She plays well and puts up with my idiotic dinner partner well! ;)

Two things. The first was discussed. The steak and the eggs were over cooked. Two, I am asthmatic and as such I was unfortunate to walk in front of a smoker who was less than ten feet from the door. There is a ash tray right outside to the left of the door as you make your way in. That ash tray could be placed elsewhere! Thank you for your time.

The portion size for the chicken fried steak was way to small.. and gravy was not that flavorful.
