I give highly satisfied feedback sparingly

Price vs amount of food. It was a little spendy.

You said "team" and the "team" was good but our server, Candice (289736) was OUTSTANDING. I have been to this Shari's restaurant about 3 to 4 times in the last 4 months, out of all the servers I have had at this restaurant Candice gave the best service I have ever had here. She deserves high credit and praise for her attentiveness to not just my husband and I but to the other people that she was serving.

I ordered soup. Thought I told him right-but he brought the cup, instead of the bowl.

Love this restaurant

Meal lukewarm and service slower than normal.

Our server disappeared and the girl that was back in our area was pretty busy. We had to wait for a server before we could pay and leave. No one said a word to us when we left, no one asked us if we wanted desert. It certainly was not what we were used to when we have come before.

Cashier did not know and did not remember to register the reward points

a couple of years ago-i ordered several pies for the holidays. the banana creme pie was not edible-the bananas were extremely green-not edible-i returned it. i am trying the pies again this year in hopes everything is ok.

Overall very satisfied with the experience, especially the wait staff. Food was a little cool, eggs watery, but flavor was good. Not enough of an issue to comment to the staff.
