Waitresses seemed to be having some personal conflict between themselves, not a major thing but it wasn't the most professional thing in the world

There were three small rock hard pieces of what I assume were olive pit roughly 1/8" x 3/16" x 1/8". Felt like a tooth had chipped but it was the pieces of pit. I didn't finish my meal as my trust was gone and I'm not sure I'll order the same omelet again.

Going on the second week of no heat!!!!!!!!!!We think and the furnce will be fixed and we have gone to Sharies 3 times in the past week and a half and we freeze. Hopefully they fix the furnace soon!!!

Ordered a hamburger with lettuce tomatoes mayo and onions. They forgot the onions and put cheese on it. I DON'T LIKE CHEESE ON MY BURGERS AT ALL.

We arrived at about 10am and it took several minutes to be seated, despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy at all, with most of the tables empty. I ordered a sirloin breakfast with English muffin, the muffin was so overcooked that it was 3/4 burnt. I requested the sirloin to be medium-rare, it was medium (barely any pink inside). The sirloin itself was tough, and the only steak sauce offered was A-1, which I don't care for. There was no jam at the table, and the jam brought with my plate in a plastic condiment cup was strawberry, which I am allergic to. I ordered hot tea and there was only 1 teabag provided and no refill of my hot water offered, whereas at other restaurants it's common to have 2 teabags and refills of hot water provided so you can have more than 1 cup of tea to drink. The women's bathroom had no hand soap, not even a soap dispenser, and was very untidy. The server was very friendly & personable but the service was barely adequate. I've been to a lot of Shari's restaurants, as I've been a customer for 30 years, and this was absolutely the worst experience I've had at a Shari's.

It took staff way to long to ask for order, drinks were not refilled, portions of the food was cold, the spot where the dirty dishes go was dirty and smelly, and staff was gossiping about other staff members relationship's in front of customers.

First of all Saturday nite and one server. Others served before us to those who came in after us. Understand the cook staff overburdened. Mgr did reduce ticket. Not well run and attitude lousy. This will be last time we visit this restaurant.

We have a group of 7 to 9 we have been eating there every Wednesday for over 10 years. But the last year we have changed to every other week because you have only one cook,and not enough servers, and a lot of people. This happens quite a bit. Our food was very cold,and it took an hour to get our food. One positive our server was great. I wish you would bring back the hostess Debbie, we miss her

We were seated promptly and then waited 15 mins for someone to take order, food took another 30 mins to arrive and was cold, eggs not cooked properly, items missing that had to be requested multiple times. Received a salad that looked like the last 10 leaves at the bottom of the bowl, 15 croutons, and 1/4 cup of dressing. The salad was sent back. One of our party wanted pie at the end of her meal but our waitperson was so distracted that she didn't ask and my friend didn't want to bother her. One of us ordered the large cut of prime rib and over 50% of it was fat, not to mention cold.
