The waitress seemed very new so i dont hold her responsible for this poor experience. I think the management had not prepared or trained the young lady before turning her solo on the dining area. Your cook doesent seem to know what the proper temp for serving food is. My eggs and country fried steak were tepid at best. My daughters soup was cold 5 mins after it was brought out. We had a good experience at the kelso location last week so it must be poor management.

The prime rib was to be crusted and was just sliced off. The order had sit too long on the counter and was cold so the oil were turning white, Taste was not at all good. Only one cook that night (Friday?) and just two servers. This location always is understaffed and seems to be a training ground with no good instructors. Downtown Gresham is very good and will continue there. Never back here!! You should get some help.

My mom's slow cooked roast was burnt and dry totally unable to eat it, her vegetables was pearl onions, carrots and celery. My steak was really small and burnt while my veggies squash and broccoli was cold.

Only reason was other guests that were rude to sharis workers. They scammed and got their meal free, just so the workers could get rid of them. They were upset before they were served. I believe this was done on Purpose to get their meals free. So sad people have to be this way. Sharis lost $56 or more on them. I am sorry sharis had to put up with them!

Long time to be greeted/seated! All we wanted was pie and coffee, took 15 minutes to have a server appear, then another 15 minutes to give our order then 20 minutes to get PIE!!!! ReallY? I took clients, I will probably never go there again.

We entered the Sharis on Highland Drive in Gresham - it took 45 minutes from being seated to receiving our order - the bread on the Cuban sandwich was way too hard - took forever to receive our drinks - never received the ranch dressing we asked for - we thought it was free pie Wednesday - we were charged for the pie - when we asked why - the cashier said it was available only during Dinner time - we have never heard this before - Adam was our server - it seemed like Adam was the only one there waiting on people - this is unacceptable for lunch time - We have Never had any issues at the 1979 NE Burnside Street in Gresham

slow service from kitchen 45 min.to get served.salmon was very dry and tasteless. honard breakfast very late after other person finished

We arrived at 5:00 pm. Hardly anyone in the restruant. Waited 45 mins for our food. We had to ask if we could have our pie, then we had to ask for our bill. We left at 6:45. Spent more time waiting for food and service than to eat the meal which wasn't very good!

wait to be seated. wait to order/waited about 55mins or more for our food. served my husbands chicken fried steak breakfast/no hashbrowns/untill i asked.brought to table eggs were cold... baddd when meal was over. wait to pay.no cashier on duty. hand raill in womens bathroom ada is loose.i dont like hand soap in ketchup bottle
