server did nor refill water, turkey tasted bad. reorder hamburger, took too long to cook and then so long it was served cold. server was very inattentive. Food was just bad taste.

My family and I were visiting OR for my son's graduation from OCI and decided to eat breakfast there since my son recommended it to us. I felt the tension as soon as we all walked in, we were placed in a hidden corner both even though there were other ones available. The waitresses expression showed disgust as she assisted us, took forever to bring drinks and longer to take our order. Our food was not hot simply warm and she never came back to see if we needed assistance. We had to get refills from another waiter. I have never experienced this kind of treatment before and it was very uncomfortable. My family is Hispanic and yes we speak Spanish & English, we are educated & hard workers and obviously has enough money to eat at your restaurant. It saddens me that this kind of treatment actually happens to people of Hispanic decent. I truly hope your restaurant does not support this behavior and that you have a bad apple in your team. My family will never come back and will definitely let our friends and family know the reasons why.

The food was awful. Even my 7-year-old grandson thought his meal was "awful". The hostess was dressed very slovenly and the server was somewhat better. Love the outside of the building but it went downhill quickly.

We were seated in the gaming area of the restaurant rather than the restaurant proper, although the restaurant was had only about 15 diners. The waitress didn't come to our table for nearly 20 minutes. After taking our order, the hostess == not the waitress == brought our soup and salads. Our food order took over 30 minutes. When order came, food was barely lukewarm, and steak -- ordered medium well, was cooked to over-well done. Waitress came after we were halfway through our meals to ask if everything was okay. I told her that the steak was way overcooked and the rice pilaf was cold, but that I would eat the eat the meal as it was rather than wait another 30 - 45 minutes for another. Waitress was more interested in tending to the "gamers" than in the other diners. Took another 20 minutes after removing our plates before she brought the checks; then had a problem with the computer and couldn't print out one of our checks.

It took over 20 minutes to place our drink order, and even loner to get them. we were there for 45 minutes, be we could place our order. 1.5 hours after arriving the food starts to show up. All but mine, which took another 10 minutes, then most of was very cold. My aunt ordered Fish and chips and we have to ask for the Dip, by the time they brought it her fish was cold. Over all it was VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE,

There wer 4 of us eating together. Three of the meals cameat the same time. the 4th didn't come to the table for 15-20 minutes. First 3 were done eating by the time it got there. 2 of the meals were to have dinner rolls which didn't come with them. When we asked for them we were told that they didn't have any and we were not even offered a substitute. This restraunt seems to have a very high turn over of servers and management. This appears to be true of cooks also because we can order the same thing each time and the food will always be served differently. This time the sausage gravy was so thin it was like water.

I placed a mobile order and arrived when it said it would be ready. The cashier couldn't find our order at first, then I had to wait 15 minutes for my food to come out. Not only was the food cold, it was over cooked. And we were missing the extra sides we ordered. I will not come back here again.

I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes to go that ended up only half full with ice cream and mostly whip cream.I sat at the counter where there was an empty drink tray, a Togo soda that looked to have had half the ice melted in it and a schedule book for the employees with dates and times of when the entire staff worked.the manager greeted me as I sat down but didn't seem to worry about the items in front of me on top of the counter. The credit card I used was my girlfriends and I was never asked to show any type of I.D. I got the feeling there is a lot of inexperience of the manager and server I had contact with

The restaurant is not clean had no clean cups to serve our soda in so it was brought to us in a to go cup. Employees behind the counter in tank tops very unprofessional all around!
